Multiplastics Achieves BRCGS AA* Rating for the Second Time

Multiplastics is proud to announce that we have once again achieved the highest standards under the BRCGS Global Standard, retaining our Grade AA certification and, for the second time since its introduction, have received the prestigious AA* rating following this year's unannounced audit.

The AA* grade is awarded when a site achieves Grade AA during an unannounced BRCGS audit, where the assessment takes place without the business knowing the audit date in advance. Achieving this distinction demonstrates that the high standards expected by BRCGS are embedded within our everyday operations and maintained consistently throughout the year.

The BRCGS Global Standard is internationally recognised as a benchmark for food safety, quality and operational excellence, providing customers with confidence that certified businesses operate to rigorous and independently assessed standards.

Since the AA grading standard was introduced in 2016, Multiplastics has consistently maintained this top-level certification year after year. Achieving AA* for a second time since unannounced audits were introduced is something we are particularly proud of and reflects the strength of the systems, processes and standards maintained across our business.

Most importantly, this achievement is a testament to the continued hard work, commitment and attention to detail of the entire Multiplastics team. Maintaining these standards isn't something that happens only in preparation for an audit – it is part of how we operate every day.
