HOT NEEDLE PERFORATION
Hot needle perforated films are produced by passing film through heated, rotating collars fitted with pins. As the film passes, the pins melt through the material to create small, evenly spaced holes.
Available perforations:
P1 = 1 hole per square inch
P8 = 8 holes per square inch
P30 = 30 holes per square inch
P160 = 160 holes per square inch
P360 = 360 holes per square inch

PUNCH PERFORATED
Punch perforated films are produced by passing film through a die punch. These can be spaced out across the web and in the material direction to create ventilation holes in the material.
