Whether you just want to update your barcode, ingredients changing or a new design from scratch Multiplastics can help you all the way. With our in-house designer, we can meet all your requirements helping you create your design exactly the way you want it. We can even create digital mock-ups and supply a digitally printed film trial to ensure you are happy with the final look before moving to full production.

 

Starting from Scratch

The first step is to create a cutter guide for your product; to do this we can either carefully dissect your wrapped product or measure the width, height and depth to determine the material width and repeat length. Once we have these measurements we can create a cutter guide.

We can then either send the cutter guide to your designers or create your design from scratch adding print registration marks, ingredients/text, barcodes, logos and graphics reviewing or amending as needed.

Once your design has been finalised, we can create a digital mock-up to showcase your finished product. 

 

The next step is to supply a reel of digitally printed film that you can run of your machines, this will ensure all elements are in the correct position prior to going to full production, at this point any final tweaks can be made before making any costly mistakes.
