Polyvinylidene Chloride (PVdC)

Aluminium Oxide (AlOx)
High barrier with clear product visibility. Choose for transparent, chlorine-free packaging where oxygen and moisture protection are required.
Silicon Oxide (SiOx)
Glass-like protection in a clear film. Provides a transparent oxygen and moisture barrier; the finished film specification determines its advantage over AlOx.
Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol (EVOH)
Excellent oxygen and aroma protection. Particularly useful for oxygen-sensitive products, with outer layers providing moisture protection.
Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVOH / PVA)
Excellent oxygen barrier in dry conditions. Useful for coated films and papers where grease resistance is also needed.
